The industrial I Beam Trolley has been designed to be quickly installed on virtually any S-type I-beam. Under beam to base of the trolley eye is approximately 5". Units are available in either geared and plain models. A lifting eye is located at the bottom for attaching a hoist (hoist not included). A center rod, which cannot be rotated once a hoist is installed, maintains the adjustment.

Product Details

  • Construction: I Beam Trolley features a strong steel construction.
  • Projection: Push units have a headroom from 2-1/2" to 4", while geared models feature a headroom of 4-1/2" to 8-5/8".
  • Size: The width of the unit can be adjusted with a manual screw mechanism. Geared models are designed to fit I-beam flanges from 2-1/2" up to 8". Models without gears are designed to fit 2" to 8-5/8" flanges.
  • Weight: These I Beam Trolley models weigh from 20 to 155 lbs.
  • Operation: Units without chain gear are free floating while moving across the beam. Alternatively, models with chain gear are ideal for precise positioning. This unit is not free floating on the beam. Geared model has 10 ft. of chain.
  • Capacity: Models support from 1,000 to 10,000 lbs.
  • Standard: The I Beam Trolley comes standard with four rollers with sealed bearings. A locking ring also is included to prevent the width from changing sporadically. Models ending in -C include 10 ft. of chain.
  • Surcharge: Due to supply chain disruption, inflation or material shortages - tariffs or surcharges may apply to current published pricing. Some longer lead times may be incurred. Freight charges will be added to published pricing.
  • Note: Hoists are not included.
