EDGE OF DOCK LEVELERS

The technology Edge of Dock Leveler is designed to be the most essential equipment for distribution center loading docks. Engineered to assist in loading ergonomics powered by manual or hydraulic. The units have been a proven technology, standing the test of time. Capacities are available from 20,000 lbs. to 35,000 lbs. Available deck widths are 66", 72", 78” or 84" supplied with 4” rubber bumpers mounted on 11” steel bump blocks for each side of the deck, featuring an overall bumper projection of 15” from dock wall to bumper face. 1) Mechanical Edge of Dock Leveler View 6 Models The BBLE, our standard unit, corrects height disparities between the truck bed and the loading dock platform. This standard equipment requires 28 to 34 lbs. of push pull force to operate. Capacities range from 20,000 to 25,000 lbs.	2) Manual Edge of Dock Leveler Some Models ship 2 to 3 Weeks View 16 Models Our BBL, our heavy capacity unit, provides a level crossing point between the dock platform and the truck bed. Requires 28 to 34 lbs. of push-pull force to operate. Capacities range from 20,000 to 35,000 lbs.
3) Contractor Edge of Dock Leveler View 4 Models The BEDE provides a level crossing-point between dock platform and truck bed. Requires 80 lbs. of lifting force to operate and has capacities of 20,000 to 25,000 lbs.	4) Economy Edge of Dock Leveler View 12 Models The BED is a mechanical leveler that compensate a bridge between dock and truck bed. Requires 80 lbs. of lifting force to operate with capacities up to 30,000 lbs.
5) Hydraulic Edge of Dock Leveler View 16 Models The premium BHED with push button control has a double-cylinder design for deck and lip. Capacities range from 20,000 to 35,000 lbs.	6) Electric Edge of Dock Leveler View 16 Models This economy BPE includes push-button control or hand pump with hydraulic single-cylinder design. Capacities range from 20,000 to 30,000 lbs.
7) Post Office Edge of Dock Leveler View 4 Models The BPO & BPOBL series are available mechanical hook or bar lift control. This unit is designed for post office applications with capacities up to 20,000 lbs.
