Beacon® BLLW-PAILD-100-PSS Series

The Pail Dumper - Plastic Pail Dispenser minimize redundant worker bending required to pour pail contents. This series provides 24 angle settings for dispensing 5-gallon plastic or steel pails and buckets. The hand cable winch gives the operator rotation control. This unit is portable with two rigid and two swivel casters.

Product Details

Construction: Features 304 stainless steel construction, (bushings, poly casters, riggings and some hardware are not Stainless. Stainless steel winch and 18-8 Stainless steel cable included. Stainless steel components have unpolished mill finish.
Size: Accepts 11" pail diameters.
Service Range: The cradle lowered height is 6" with a raised height of 62-3/4.
Dump Heights: The Pail Tipper unit has a pour height range of 1" lowered to 52" raised.
Powered: Pail Tipper rotation is operated with a hand cable winch.
Operation: Rotation 135 degrees. (Rotation angle 24 degrees).
Capacity: The BLLW-PAILD-100-PSS Pail Tipper has a uniform capacity of 125 lbs.
Standard: Includes (2) two rear 4" diameter swivel casters and (2) two front 2" diameter steer casters with total locking, all with Poly-on-Poly material.
