Beacon® BCA Series

Industrial Carousel - Air Bearing Turntable is designed for efficient ergonomic handling of items, minimizing worker fatigue and risk of back injury. The unit rotates materials 360 degrees with the assistance of an operator. This series may be added to an existing work bench, scissor table, or placed on the floor. A series of roller bearings transfers the load smoothly and evenly to the supporting surface of the carousels. Four guide rollers keep the rings aligned.

Product Details

Construction: The series is constructed from two pieces of rolled structural angle, 3/16" thick. Unit is shown with rings separated in order to show bearings.
Size: Models are available in diameters of 18", 24", 30", 36", 40", 48", 60", or 72".
Overall Length: The overall height is 2".
Color: Models are powder coated Beacon Blue.
Capacity: Units are available in capacities of 2,000, 4,000, or 6,000 lbs.
Options: Industrial Carousel options include round or square steel tread top plates, round or square smooth steel top plates, elevated bases, manual brake, and foot- or hand-operated locking detent.
Surcharge: Due to supply chain disruption, inflation or material shortages - tariffs or surcharges may apply to current published pricing. Some longer lead times may be incurred. Freight charges will be added to published pricing.
Note: Do not exceed the carousel's diameter when ordering top plates.
