Beacon® BPLPS Series

The Wash Down Pallet is versatile units that allow 2-way entry via pallet truck and 4-way entry for fork trucks. These units are designed for hygienic applications. This series features anti-slide grommets to prevent units from shifting off the forks or other units during transport. The BPLPS-4840 is a blue plastic skid. The BPLPS-H is hygienic with a solid, rackable top.

Product Details

Construction: This series is constructed from heavy duty plastic.
Size: Models range in width from 39-1/4" to 40", in length from 47-1/8" to 48", and in height from 6" to 6-1/2".
Color: Beacon blue.
Weight: 40, 44, or 52 lbs.
Operation: Fork openings are 11-3/4" wide x 3-1/4" high or 13-1/6" wide x 3-5/8" high. Skid openings are 10-1/2" wide x 3-3/4" high or 12-3/16" wide x 4-3/4" high.
Capacity: All Wash Down Pallet units have a static capacity of 8,800 lbs. The BPLPS-4840 has a dynamic capacity of 2,200 lbs. and a pallet rack capacity of 1,760 lbs. Both the BPLPS-H and BPLPS-WD have dynamic capacities of 3,300 and the hygienic model has a pallet rack capacity of 3,300 lbs.
